About Phoenix
We are a unit within Operations dedicated to serve the whole community when they need us.
We provide our knowledge and experience to games who are struggling to maintain their viability by providing them with guidance and training.
We also support TAW’s current and future leadership needs by working with TAW University in providing introductory and advanced classes for development of leadership.

Who are we looking for
We are looking for dedicated and ambitious members to join our team.
We have both EU and NA positions open, and these are the criteria to join us:

• Minimum of 5 months active in TAW

• Held a NCO position before (more than 1 is preferred)

• Working knowledge of Google documents (or willing to learn)

• Interested in personal development and joining training session with TAW University

• Hold TAW’s Code of Ethics and present yourself with a positive attitude

• Must be a teamplayer and want to support all divisions within TAW
