In december 2018, the Recruiting Division became alive in TAW.  [RD] started out with a few members who were either on leave or discharged, and they got the opportunity to come back to TAW to do the one thing they love the most, recruiting!

Now today this Division have 6 members who have the same mindset and vision about the future of TAW, and we are looking for more members who want to help out this community overall.


The goal of [RD] is to help Divisions with recruiting, not to be the permanent recruiting team for any Division, but to analyze what could be done to improve results. The main responsibility of recruitment would still fall upon each Division and members within TAW. This team would help on and as needed basis, and for a limited amount of time for any Division.

 

  • Help Improve Forum Posts & Facilitate Recruitment Drives

    • Upon request of Division/Corps, assess state/status of units current recruiting.

      • Compile a list of forum posts, monitor activity; make recommendations for bumping them and keeping them up to date within Forum rules.   

      • Obtain access to Divisions recruitment forum posts or create new ones for Divisions as needed.

      • Arrange/Organize recruitment drives within Divisions

    • Develop & implement TAW wide recruitment drives

 

  • Develop Recruitment Resources & Tools

    • Improving the TAW brand (Forums, Developer communication, Community outreach, Facebook groups, Discord groups etc).

    • Improving use of current TAW resources (Facebook, Twitch, YouTube etc).

    • Identify new or alternate recruiting technologies and partner with MMD and PIA’s to test or implement;  Discord, Guilded, LFG etc.

    • Create a Recruitment Training manual for use by all Divisions.

 

  • Improve External Outreach

    • Creating and maintaining a good outreach with developers, and official games social media sites. Set up interviews or show Divisions how to make that type of connection with Developers and Official media sites.
