Microphone workaround for ETQW and TeamSpeak on Linux

Hey,

As number of Linux players in the division is rising slightly, I added yet another workaround to pcgamingwiki for a critical problem of ETQW on Linux; in-game VoIP and TeamSpeak:

Well, no idea. I tried a Window 10 Insider Preview build in July 2017 but the problem was still there. I am quite pessimistic about upcoming Fall Creators Update which will arrive in a week time. Because, as I read changelogs of development builds, there are very few mentions about gaming and security; instead they focused on usability, Windows Shell and mobile stuff... On the other hand, as far as I know, NA Battalion has just started using a new mod of theirs that overcome the crash issue by bypassing game's restart requirement in case of custom content. Why don't you contact with NA HQ and dissected about that?
