Medal of Excellence for Jaldea
Jaldea is awarded the Medal of Excellence for his efforts in Rainbow Six Siege. This is a division during 2017 went through a rebuilding period in the TFO position. Members were feeling burn out and moving on to newer things within TAW which has put a strain on the division as a whole. Jaldea was put in the RS DC position and has kept moral at a high even when many thought it was at a low, and did this by himself for most of that time. He has worked with his members and staff to train and grow the division and keep events fun and active, and created new outside the box thinking when it comes to motivating members for recruiting, events and activities. As a DC he has been exceptional in taking feedback from his CC and bouncing ideas off me. It has been a pleasure to work alongside Jaldea, watching him grow from a CO to a DC and a positive leader within TAW. Congratulations Jaldea and thank you. This is a well deserved award.

Congratulations Jal. That which yoy have been tasked with is never easy, let alone to try and do without a DO at your side. Keep up the good fight and I look forward to watching you help rebuild R6S tonits glory.
