Leadership Medal for RedRyder
RedRyder is awarded the Leadership Medal for his efforts in the StarCraft division. As the DO of StarCraft 2 with consistent short staff. RedRyder continues to have a positive attitude with his division and members. Anytime I drop in channel there is always banter and fun going on, tournaments taking place and participation from him through out. RedRyder is one of the pieces that helps keep SC a strong, active division within TAW and for that your efforts are very much appreciated. Thank you and congratulations on a job well done. Keep up the good work.

Also RedRyder has been in the DO position for 1yr and has been promoted up to Lieutenant Colonel due to his hard work and merit with the StarCraft 2 Division. Feel free to kick him for this accomplishment.

RedRyders hard work in Starcraft does not go unnoticed, even though working with a small staff for a long time he still continues to keep up both consistancy, quality and and a good environment for all members. He motivates the staff to keep up their good work and I'm very happy to had the pleasure to be working with him as my DO.
