Talking to a couple of members in TS the other night about making the most of drops to complete the collections for any new events, I realised some of the things i do to maximise my chances weren't known, so I thought I would drop a few tips here.

Credit tips:

Firstly, I log on every day even if I am not playing, to get that daily log in award which soon adds up.

Complete Orders and Contracts for Credit rewards

Every 4 hours you get another 200 credits (300 for Master Prestige), I set a 4hr timer with an alarm to remind me to collect them as soon as they are available again.  I also log on quickly in the morning before going to work if i have a spare 5 minutes for a free 200, then when i get on in the evening, bang - another 200 Smile

Care Packages:

Complete the daily and weekly Orders for more care packages, then only open them when events are actually running, always save them up until an Event starts.

Leveling usually gives you a care package so always Prestige your character so long as you don't mind working to get access to weapons, etc, again.  Bare in mind some Orders do rely on you having access to certain weapons (knives, for example), so its a bit of a juggle - Prestige to get leveling care Packages, or risk not being able to do a couple of missions.

ALWAYS Save Event specific / Weapon / Uniform Bribes until close to the end of an event!

What I do:

Once an event starts I open any normal and rare care packages (not Bribes!) which I've saved and open any care packages I get during the Event always in the HQ for that Social Score!

This will give you as many Collection items as possible

Do all the Orders I can, and log in as often as I can for the Credits, more care packages

Keep an eye on Contracts that reward Event specific Bribes and save those up

Near the end of the event open any remaining Care packages.

(The next part depends on how many credits you have... and is a bit of a balancing act on how much to spend - I usually look at the specific Collection Item i really 'must have', then make sure i hold enough credits back to be able to buy any items that are missing...)

Buy all the cheaper Collection Items - this is so when you open any Bribes, you increase your chances of getting that missing 8000 credit uniform, and not that 200 credit pistol grip....

Open your Bribes and keep your fingers crossed!

This will hopefully only leave you only a couple 'expensive' items to complete your collections - which hopefully you have the credits remaining for.

Hope that helped a bit and increases your chances of getting those Event Collections completed Smile
