Regulations:

1.Registration to the tournament

1.0 The tournament is held on a single Elimination

2. Rules for organising battles

2.1 Fights are held in the "own battle" mode, the server region is Usa 
2.2 Invitations to the fights are sent according to the standings by the referee or the organiser 
2.3 The terms and conditions for the tournament organisation is selected in advance and should be published by the organisers in the relevant topic before the registration starts.
2.4 Time of commencement of the battle  is determined by the standings and is communicated to the participants 
2.5 In case of failure to appear within 5 minutes after the time specified in the timetable and / or receiving an invitation from the organiser of the lobby, the competitor will receive a technical loss
2.6 The time of the bouts indicated in the standings can be changed by the tournament organisers. The match may start earlier than the time specified in the schedule if there is a technical capability and consent of all participants. 
2.7 In case of disconnection of any of the participants during a fight, the battle continues until the winner is determined. 
2.8 In case of detection of technical problems that make it impossible to continue the fight, the current battle is stopped without fixing the results and a replay is appointed or the fight is postponed to a later time by the decision of the tournament organisers
2.9 In case of changing the time of the battle, the organisers undertake to notify the participants using the in-game chat

3. Rules of the conduct of fights and matches

3.1 The format of the tournament 1 against all

3.7 During the tournament, any participant can take a break of no more than 3 minutes once.

4. Resolution of conflict and disputable situations

4.1 In the event of conflict and disputes that cannot be resolved in accordance with these Regulations, participants or judges should contact the tournament organiser 
4.2 Tournament organisers decisions are not subject to appeal 
4.3 Any violations by teams or judges must be reported at all times

5. Rewards and rules for their accrual

5.1 Prizes for prizes are awarded within 15 working days from the moment of the tournament (for accrual issues, contact the organisers of the tournament) 
5.2 The list of prizes are to be  announced at the opening of the registration for the tournament by the organisers of the tournament. 
5.3 The amount and availability of awards determined by the organiser of the tournament 
5.4 List of the tournament organisers will be published in the relevant subject no later than the end of registration 
5.5 In case of change of the nickname in the period between the end of the tournament and the accrual of the prize organiser accepts no responsibility for the accrual of bonus party 


6. commentating rules

6.1 The list of commentators and broadcasters is determined by the tournament organisers 
6.2 Any tournament participant has the right to broadcast their fights (with both teams permission).
6.3 It is mandatory that the organiser guarantees the broadcast of only the final matches of the tournament 
6.4 The choice of other matches for the broadcast remains with the organisers.

7. Bans on participation in tournaments

7.1 Black book is a list of players who are not allowed to participate in tournaments for any period or indefinitely filled in by the organisers. 
7.2 If you didn’t come to the tournament without notifying the organisers in advance in any way possible, you will be registered in the Black book register without any restrictions on participation. After repeated non-attendances, then a ban  of participation is

7.2.1 first is 15 days.

7.2.2 second 30 days.

7.2.3 third 60 days

7.2.4 final is full ban    
7.3 When a player is exposed for selling tournament awards and other violations of the User Agreement and the Crossout Terms of Use, the organizers have the right to deposit this player in the black book.. 
7.4 The tournament organisers have the right to refuse the players right to participate in the tournament without explaining the reason for the refusal. The organisers are not obliged to voice the reasons for making the Black book..

8.prizes

8.1 Almost all prizes are sent by personal message on the forum . If you do not have forum posts, the private messaging feature is not available. In this case, we are trying to contact you on the day of the ended of  the game.
