The Art Of Warfare PUBG Solo Tournament 9th of March 7pm GMT +0 Rules and Regulations
There will be three matches played one after the other. These three matches will be played on Erengel. The points will be counted at the end of each match and then the player with the highest number of points at the end of the three matches will be the winner of the tournament.
All participating members must adhere to TAW Code of Ethics at all times while participating in TAW events. Any breaches of this rule will result in summary exclusion from the event, and the content of such breaches being sent to the members Chain of Command for deliberation.
Any disconnections before the 5 minute mark of the match will be brought back in via restart of set match. After the 5 minute mark the match will carry on and will not be restarted.
PB Division Staff, as well as a predefined set of officers will function as judges for this event. Judges cannot compete within this event. A full list of judges can be found at the bottom of this document. Should you have any questions about the event, please direct your inquiries to one of those members.
All players must install the newest version of the game in order to participate in the TAW wide tournaments. Updates must be installed before the tournament starts, so delays will be at a minimum.
Prizes:
1st place is a 30 dollar gift card to steam
2nd place is a 20 dollar gift card to steam
3rd place is a 10 dollar gift card to steam
PUBG Tournament Format Common Match Settings: ● Server region: NA/EU
●Team: 1 man teams
● Player Camera Restriction: Third Person only
● Map Option: Sunny ● Players: 64
1. No show a. If a participant cannot play at the scheduled start time, we will remove the team from participating in the tournament.
2. Map Pick a. All games are to be played on the Erangel "Sunny" map setting. Teams do not pick or ban maps or weather types.
3. Tiebreaker a. In case of a tie in the results the first tiebreaker will be average placement of the teams during the latest round. In case they still tie the second tiebreaker will be amount of kills. If still tied the winner will be put up to a 1v1 match in War mode with all weapons allowed.
4. Results a. All results will be input by TAW personnel. If anything is unclear, participants should have screenshots available to verify the result and file a protest. You can do that by talking to the PUBG staff.
5. Casting and Streaming a. Casting a TAW match is only permitted with an TAW admin agreement. Personal streaming is always allowed, for any other purposes to get an agreement please Talk to the PUBG staff.
6. Personal Streaming a. Personal Streaming is always allowed, and often encouraged. Please be aware of the inherent risks in doing so. We recommend that when streaming, you apply a heavy delay to your stream to avoid any potential stream sniping. As per Code of Ethics, any accusations of cheating will be rigorously investigated, and where proof can be provided, appropriate actions will be taken. Please be aware that should you make a claim against another member, matches will not be held again to compensate.
