Linking up during Mandatory Practice [NA]

Good evening World of Warships Division!

I'm currently in the Foxhole Division, but I occasionally play Warships. I wouldn't say I'm great but I'm learning and I've been playing since release sparingly. However  I am eager to learn more about the game and strategies. I'm curious if it would be possible to join you during practice on Wednesday's even though I'm not in your battalion/division?
