Recruitment Drive

In this recruitment drive you will receive points for each person you get to apply to TAW. The way we know that you recruited them is that they write your name in their application on the website. If you are unsure of whether or not they will do that you can take a screenshot of your conversation with the applicant and show it to your HDI.

The point system:

We will keep an updated scoreboard where you can check your own and the others progress.

Prize:

• 1st place will be a $25 Steam card.
• 2nd place will be 700 Crossout coin pack.
• 3rd place will be 150 Crossout coin pack.

Duration

Divisions will do the recruitment drive at the same time. The period where you can recruit people will last for 3 months. After the 1 month there will be another month where your recruits have the time to earn the rank of PFC.  Therefore the results will be announced around last week of june

1. Simply recruit members! Your recruit must place your name in recruited by on their application.

2. Be Promoted to PFC.

1. All recruiting should be reported through the normal channels or it will not be counted:

2. For the purposes of this recruitment drive and its rewards only members  that make it passed bootcamp will be tallied. These are VERY good rewards and as such a minimum of 3 recruits to boot camp are required to be eligible. (we reserve the right to release rewards to a TAW member even if not placed if we feel they went above and beyond in recruiting but just got beat out of placing)

3. In the event of a tie in recruits, the tie breaker will be how many events the two TAW members have run during this recruitment drive.

4. We want to give the rewards away during the mandatory on the last week of July 2019 for our new recruits to see.

5. Tally will be handled by HDI and checked off by TFO
