RESHADE confirmed does bot result in a ban or account suspension

Hi guys was watching pestily's EFT group streamer podcast today and at 14:34 hours he has stated the following.

Reshade the new version is prevented by battleye as this is deemed by them as cheat software.

But nikita has stated eft do not ban accounts for Reshade they just allow Battleye to prevent it running.

I only mention this as in a recent meeting we were told using reshade is deemed as cheating and not authorised by Taw EFT

Maybe some review of the policy is needed if Nikita has deemed it not cheating.

Coming from access to the sherpa group which gives a bit more of a look behind the scenes and more access to devs; "Well reshade is not "banned", the latest version of it is just blocked." Mathieu "mathieu" Bovagnet.

Reshade is not banned and therefore is not a bannable program for TAW members, its the extensions that are made for the latest version (and the latest version only) that are getting blocked by battle eye.

If you want to use reshade all you have to do is install one of the earlier versions; both sherpas and devs are using this program and therefore you are more than welcome to.
